Calendars are always in high demand which makes them ideal for promotional items. A beautiful or relevant design will make customers want to keep your calendar around. Promotional calendar printing comes in a wide variety of sizes and formats, and the format you choose for your calendars will largely depend on what you and your customers will do with them. Here are a few of the applications.


Appointment Calendar
Using a business card format, the appointment calendar is inexpensive and ultra handy for customers and clients. Depending on how far in advance you book appointments, use a six or twelve month calendar on the back of the card. The front of the card should have your company name and contact phone number and spaces to fill in the customer's name and appointment time.


Business Card Calendar
Another way to use the business card format for promotional calendar printing is to combine your card with a calendar. This is especially a great idea for salespersons who visit customers on a regular basis. Use the current month on the front along with your contact information. On the back, use the previous and following months and create a space for adding a note to your customer. Or you can leave this blank for the customer to fill in. Updating your calendar business cards on a monthly basis offers you added opportunity to pass out your cards to customers on a regular basis, at which time they will no doubt examine it to note new information.


Postcard Countdown Calendar
A countdown calendar in a postcard format is an ideal way to build excitement and draw attention. A countdown calendar ad starts today and counts down the days to the big sale event. These make fabulous direct mail postcards. Choose an irresistible image and remove any visible framing from the calendar section. Use the back for date, time, and location details.


Photo Wall Calendar
For year long exposure in your customer's place of business, a wall calendar with monthly specials is the way to go. With a new captivating picture each month and a coupon for each month included as well, your customers are sure to keep this calendar on their wall all year long!
